MatchIQ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MatchIQ mobile app (Android, package name com.asyaaa.matchiq), provided by ASYA-AA SRL, Brusselstraat 205, 1702 Dilbeek, Belgium ("we", "us"). By installing or using MatchIQ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What MatchIQ is

MatchIQ is a football statistics and match prediction app. It analyses publicly available match data and shows model-based probabilities, predictions and statistics.

MatchIQ is not a betting app. It does not accept deposits, does not take wagers, does not pay out winnings and does not link to or promote any betting operator. Any decision you make based on the information in the app is your own.

2. Who can use MatchIQ

You must be at least 16 years old to use MatchIQ. To buy a subscription you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

When you first open the app, an anonymous account is created automatically. You can optionally sign in with email or Google to keep your trial, subscription and prediction history if you reinstall the app or change device. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

4. Free trial

New users get a free 3-day trial of the app's features. The trial does not require payment and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. After the trial, some features require a subscription.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • MatchIQ offers paid plans (Premium, Premium Plus and Premium Ultra) with weekly, monthly or yearly billing, and a one-time lifetime purchase. The current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • All purchases are processed by Google Play and charged to your Google Play account. Your purchase is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
  • If we change the price of a subscription, Google Play will inform you in advance as required by its rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, redistribute or publish the app's predictions or data for commercial purposes;
  • reverse engineer, scrape or automate access to the app or its servers;
  • try to bypass subscription checks or access features you have not paid for;
  • use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other users or our services.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Data and content

Match, team and league data come from third-party providers. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but delays or errors in source data can happen. The app, its design, its prediction model and its content belong to ASYA-AA SRL and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features of the app, and we may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app. If you keep using MatchIQ after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Liability

The probabilities and predictions in MatchIQ are statistical information, not a promise of any outcome. To the extent permitted by law, ASYA-AA SRL is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information in the app, or from temporary unavailability of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
