VoiceDump Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VoiceDump mobile app (the "App") developed by Asya-AA ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you need a parent's permission to make purchases.

2. The service

VoiceDump transcribes your short voice recordings and uses AI to split them into task, shopping, appointment and note cards, with reminders, a morning summary, widgets and shared shopping lists. We may change the App from time to time to improve it.

3. Free plan and Premium

  • The free plan includes a limited number of recordings per day (currently 3).
  • Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • To cancel: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. AI output

Transcription and card sorting are automatic and can be wrong. Cards are shown to you before they are saved; checking dates, times and content is your responsibility. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder for critical matters (medication, legal deadlines, etc.).

5. Your content

Your recordings and cards belong to you. We process them only to provide the service and do not use them to train AI models. When you share a list, people who join it can see that list's content.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, record others without their consent, try to bypass its security, reverse engineer it, or overload the service.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and sounds belong to Asya-AA. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed reminders or indirect damages. Liability for intent or gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the App (see Account deletion). We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

10. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
