Is MatchIQ a betting app?
No. MatchIQ offers no deposits or wagering and shows no company names. It provides statistics and prediction accuracy only.
How are the probabilities calculated?
A Poisson model with the Dixon-Coles correction, Elo ratings, time-weighted form and blending with market odds. The "Why this prediction?" section in Match Analysis explains the factors in plain words.
Why was my prediction marked right or wrong?
Predictions settle automatically on the server when the match ends. The result is based on 90 minutes; extra time does not count.
How do I change the leagues I follow?
Add or remove leagues with the league chips on the Home screen. All lists are sorted by this choice.
How do I move my subscription to another phone?
Secure your account with email or Google, then sign in with the same account on the new phone and restore your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime from Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
I don't get notifications.
Make sure notifications are on for MatchIQ in your phone settings and battery saver isn't restricting the app.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Account & data deletion page.
